What does that mean?
I get it that it means that we shall learn to cherish ourselves, accept ourselves, and appreciate ourselves. We shall learn to love ourselves before sending our love to other people.
I am grateful that I have met Sandra and completed 146 hours’ training in the Self-empowered Leaders NLP Certified Practitioner Program.
The course is not only about interpersonal communication but also exploring our unconscious mind, connecting our inner child and understanding ourselves.
Under her professional teaching and coaching, I have reconnected with myself and learnt a wide range of skills and concepts. This has empowered me to achieve my desired personal changes and have a clearer vision for my life.
