HONG KONG – March 16th, 2017 – KORNERSTONE is pleased to announce the successful completion of its strategic merger with TRAINOCATE (formerly known as Global Knowledge Asia). The merger agreement appoints TRAINOCATE as the majority stakeholder of KORNERSTONE and was accepted by shareholders from both companies on 23rd January 2017.

Both KORNERSTONE and TRAINOCATE will operate under one charter with KORNERSTONE being a subsidiary of TRAINOCATE. The merger will allow KORNERSTONE to enhance and expand its portfolio and deliver its services beyond Hong Kong and in Greater China.

Combined, the companies possess 30 years of experience in delivering superior professional development and certification programs in IT, finance, and management across Asia. This merger will strengthen the brand’s position in the training industry, riding on a strong regional presence, partnerships with leading vendors, and the latest technical infrastructure.

KORNERSTONE will henceforth continue its operations as “KORNERSTONE, a TRAINOCATE Company”.
