May is one of the few people in Hong Kong with a certified image trainer qualification from the prestigious London Image Institute and Academy of Image Mastery. Since then she was appointed as Vice President - Education of Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).

She brings with her more than 15 years of working experience which started with Human Resources and Learning & Development as well as Quality Management. May has progressed from an operational role into Management and then to group management at Director level.

May has extensive experience in the service industry and is a passionate, creative, innovative and energetic person. She has trained a lot of middle management to be successful leaders. She is now combining her expertise of image and management knowledge to help people sparkle their career.
