The Everything DiSC® for Business Leaders is a 2-day program that provides leaders the opportunity to broaden their perspective in team management. During the 2-day workshop, leaders will acquire skills in managing and influencing people; enhancing team performance through adapting management styles; as well as developing business acumen in modern leadership through using differences constructively.

• Understanding the differences in people and identifying ways to use differences constructively
• Understanding your leadership style; its strength and potential blind spots
• Building a diversified and balanced team

Day 2

• Key elements of Effective Leadership
• Application of Everything DiSC® in team management
• Understanding your role and style as a leader and impact on your team
• Building trust and empathy into your leadership style
• Adapting your leadership style to enhance team performance
