• 2 full days classroom training (9:30am – 5:30pm)
• Full attendance is required

• Exam will be arranged the next day of the training completed

• A computerized exam, and consists of four (4) separate sections in total of fill-in-the-blank and multiple-choice questions with their respective weights of

• 1 hours (50 multiple-choice questions)
• Passing rate : 75%
• The IITTI examinations provides two difference languages Chinese and English
