Certified Practitioner: Empowering Self As The Effective Leader

In this Certified Practitioner Level program, you will first focus on yourself as a leader as well as a staff.
Instead of just learning the theories, a highly experiential learning flow is designed. You will identify and
work on your own challenges at work.
A number of psychological methodologies will be applied in this program, including:

• Neuro-Linguistic Programming ( NLP )
• NLP Coaching
• Timeline Therapy®
• Hypnotherapy

and these techniques are blended into extensive experiential activities, interactive exercises, role-plays and discussions. Throughout the program, you will reflect and assess yourself on the different key aspects of leadership, identify practical areas of improvements and learn new concepts and techniques to get the desired results.

And when different new techniques and concepts are introduced, you will also apply to yourself and observe the experience personally. Once you can master the technique on yourself, you can strengthen yourself to play the role of a good leader, and you will also be able to apply the applicable techniques to coach your team members as needed.
